Career Readiness Programme — Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 2026. These terms form a binding agreement between you and MOJOE when you purchase the Career Readiness Programme.
1. The Parties
This agreement is between MOJOE (joinmojoe.com) and the athlete purchasing the Career Readiness Programme, referred to as 'you' or 'the Athlete'.
2. What the Programme Includes
The Career Readiness Programme consists of up to seven structured steps delivered over an indicative six-week period: mentor introductions (up to 3 sessions), LinkedIn profile consultation, psychometric assessment and debrief, industry and opportunity discovery, CV rebuild and review, interview preparation, and placement support. The programme is delivered fully remotely via video call, scheduled around your commitments. Optional in-person sessions may be available depending on location but are not guaranteed. Support continues beyond six weeks until a placement is secured or 12 months have elapsed from your start date.
3. Fees and Payment
Stage 1: £250 is due at the point of purchase. This covers your onboarding, psychometric assessment, and first mentor session. The programme begins once payment is received. Stage 2: £1,000 is due six calendar months after the confirmed start date of your first placement secured through the programme. This fee is only payable if a placement is made. If no placement is secured within 12 months of your programme start date, no Stage 2 fee is payable, ever. If you withdraw before any sessions have commenced, a cancellation fee of £150 applies and the remaining £100 will be refunded within 14 days. If you withdraw after sessions have commenced, the £250 Stage 1 fee is non-refundable.
4. What Counts as a Placement
A placement means any paid employment, freelance engagement, or self-employed role secured by you within 12 months of your programme start date, where MOJOE has provided material assistance. Material assistance includes direct job referral, interview preparation for that specific role, CV guidance for that application, or a mentor introduction that led directly to the opportunity. Roles secured entirely without MOJOE's involvement do not count as a placement for the purposes of the Stage 2 fee.
5. Our Obligations
MOJOE will deliver the programme with reasonable skill and care, assign a named advisor to you for the duration, and maintain confidentiality of your personal information. MOJOE does not guarantee employment as an outcome of the programme. Results depend on your own effort and market conditions.
6. Your Obligations
You agree to engage actively and in good faith, provide reasonable notice of cancellation for sessions (minimum 24 hours), provide accurate information about your background and goals, and notify MOJOE promptly upon securing any role that may constitute a placement.
7. Data and Privacy
MOJOE collects and processes your personal data for the purposes of delivering the programme and communicating with you about opportunities. We do not share your data with third parties outside the delivery team without your consent, except where required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@joinmojoe.com. Processing is carried out in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8. Limitation of Liability
MOJOE's total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid. MOJOE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in or withdrawal from the programme.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
